The Problem
Daily manpower numbers were reported over WhatsApp. Customer site visits lived in salespeople’s heads. HR attendance was a paper register. Management had no way to see — in one view — how workforce allocation compared to construction targets across units, which slowed every decision from staffing to hand-over.
