The Client
Vastu Vihar Nepal, part of the Technoculture group, develops residential bungalows and commercial spaces across Birgunj, Biratnagar, Janakpur, Bharatpur, and Birtamode — positioning itself among the leading real-estate names in Nepal and Eastern India.
The Problem
The product range was wide — bungalow models from 2 BHK to 7 BHK, plus shops and showrooms, across several project locations at price points from around ₹11 lac upward. But none of it was browsable online. Prospects had to call, wait for a brochure, or visit in person just to understand what was on offer, and every enquiry depended on a salesperson being reachable.
What We Built
A structured property website that turns a scattered catalogue into something a buyer can explore end to end — and that captures intent the moment it appears.
Model Showcase
Every bungalow configuration (2–7 BHK) and commercial unit presented with imagery, specs, and price bands so buyers self-qualify before they call.
Location Project Galleries
City-by-city project pages (Birgunj, Biratnagar, Janakpur, Bharatpur, Birtamode) so a buyer sees exactly what is available near them.
Amenities & Technology
Dedicated pages on construction technology, amenities, and quality signals that build trust for a high-ticket purchase.
Enquiry & Site-Visit Capture
“Enquiry Now” and “Request Site Visit” forms on every model, routing leads straight to the sales team instead of a dead inbox.
The Stack
Delivered on an ASP.NET stack with dynamic, form-driven pages and a responsive layout tuned for the mobile buyers who dominate property search.
