A cool product with a sceptical buyer. Users needed to see real application and the final look before they would trust the brand enough to convert from a single ad.

What We Did

Built a Reels-first Meta funnel: hook with curiosity, demonstrate application, retarget with trust-led creatives — reviews, before/after, real customers. Refreshed creatives weekly to dodge ad fatigue and protect CPA as we scaled spend.

The Outcome

CTR climbed to ~1.7%, conversion rate moved up under retargeting, and CPA stayed stable through the spend ramp — proof the trust loop, not just the offer, was doing the work.
